With great pleasure we personally extend an invitation to the 123rd Annual Grand Chapter Session. The “Ark of Friendship” Session will be held on July 31th thru August 3rd, 2024 at the Wild Horse Pass Resort and Casino, in Chandler Arizona. The “Ark Crew” Grand Family and members of the Arizona Grand Chapter are looking forward to a wonderful time and will extend a most loving welcome to you.
Forms for pre-registration, housing, meals, corsages and boutonnieres, and a tentative schedule will be available on the Arizona Web site (azoes.org) after April 20th, 2024. Meal function prices include tax and tip. Any Social Hour before a banquet is “no-host”. Please make all fees to be paid in United States Funds. All checks or money orders are to be payable to the Grand Chapter of Arizona. Note the deadline for reservations.
We also extend to you an invitation to the Saturday night open Installation of 2024-2025 Grand Officers; August 3rd, 2024. Friends and family are invited.
Arizona is very proud to have Distinguished Members: Sister Billie Bradfield, PGM Right Worthy Associate Grand Matron, Sister Maggie McClure, PGM Cancer Committee, Brother Randall Ahrens, PGP, ESTARL Committee, Brother Dave Hattrick, PGP, International Headquarters Committee, Sister Debbie Tanner, PGM NV, Service Dogs Committee, and Sister Donna Parrish, PGM, Youth Committee. There will be a dinner August 1st at 5:00 p.m. to show our love and respect for our Distinguished Members along with all visiting General Grand Chapter Officers and General Grand Chapter Committee Members.
Please join us on the “Ark of Friendship” as we renew our commitment to the Order of the Eastern Star and the friendships and fellowship we enjoy through our association. Brother Gary Horn, Worthy Grand Patron, and I look forward to welcoming you to our 123rd Annual Session.

HOUSING
The price per room per night is $99.00 + applicable taxes. At check-in, a card is required for pre-authorization of nights plus ancillary charges. This is important for those sharing a room and those using a debit card.
The Wild Horse Pass Resort is a smoke-free facility (including e-cigarettes). All rooms are spacious and furnished with a coffee pot, safe, hair dryer, mini refrigerator and much more! (Website has pictures available). The group rate above includes in-room Wi-Fi. The room types are either single with king-sized beds or a double with queen-sized beds.
Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is at 12:00pm (noon). Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to check-in. There is complimentary parking and an area shuttle. Golf, swimming, spa, casino and fitness center are all available at the resort.
Transportation to and from the airport is available through Uber, Lyft, or Super Shuttle. The Concierge and Valet/Bell desks can pre-arrange transportation, if needed.

All members giving reports, etc., are requested to limit their remarks to three minutes and to email it to the Grand Secretary at [email protected] in an editable word format within a week following the close of session.
RENTALS
If needed, members can rent a scooter for Grand Chapter, please click on the form link above for more information. Scooter rentals are an agreement between you and the provider. Grand Chapter is only making this information available to Grand Chapter attendees as a convenience.
